Bears Pause Football Activities, Close Halas Hall Following Positive COVID Test
The Bears have suspended football activities and closed Halas Hall Thursday following the report of a positive COVID-19 test. This is the second time the facilities have been closed this season and just like in that instance, meetings will be conducted virtually until contact tracing can be conducted.
The Bears have paused football activities and closed Halas Hall after receiving a positive test for COVID-19. They had three practice squad players test positive earlier this week.

The Bears have had three practice squad players test positive this week, so it’s possible this is related to those results. Whatever the case, they’ll need to show that any potential spread has been contained in order to remain on track to play Sunday afternoon against the Texans.
