The Chicago Bears Den Podcast: Heated Up After Loss & a Visit from an Old Friend

The Packers defeated the Bears 27-10 on Sunday, and Bill and I are heated up. Luke Getsy made some questionable decisions, and both the offense and defense let us down. Trevis Gipson and David Montgomery are the only players with positive mentions in this week’s episode.

Lovie Smith returns to his old stomping grounds on Sunday as the Bears host the Texans hoping to bounce back from the Green Bay loss. Smith is 0-2 as an opposing head coach against Chicago. This will be his second trip to Soldier Field to face the Bears since a 21-13 loss to the Packers on December 16, 2012. That game eliminated the Bears in the NFC North and sealed Smith’s fate in Chicago.

Bill and I made our predictions for Sunday’s game in our latest podcast. However, we disagreed for the first time this season.
